Palm Key Homes - Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is included in the rental?
All utilities, linen, bedding, towels and a fully fitted kitchen.  All homes are air conditioned and heated.
2. What happens if I need help?
When you have fully paid your booking, you are provided with the details of the home and a contact number if you need help.  The contact person is local to the area.  In the home there is an information booklet.
3. Do we have to pay extra to use pool and club house?
No, use of the pool and club house is complimentary to our guests.
4.Do all homes have cable?
Yes all homes have Limit basic, any guests staying for a month or more can have increased cable and phone service at their cost, this is to keep the costs down and give a fair rent cost to all guests
