The home worked well for us this season. Just to let you know the phone will likely need a new battery as we could not leave it off the charging base for very long or it would register low battery. The unit could also use more washclothes, potholders, mixing/serving bowls, cake pans, roaster pan in the kitchen would be nice. We do a lot of eating in and potlucks. I have been bringing most of these items with me but the car gets pretty crowded. We loved being able to make long distance phone calls and of course the great internet access and cable. Thank you for another great year at Palm Key. Looking forward to next year.

We thoroughtly enjoyed our stay at Lady Palm. Everything we needed was available for us to enjoy our stay. Annmarie was wonderful and we are looking forward to seeing her again when we return next year. The only negative comment that I would have is that the pool only appeared to be heated a couple of days during our stay. We were told because the weather was cool that the pool could not retain the heat. I am not sure about that. Otherwise it was fabulous

Dear Alec, we certainly have enjoyed our stay at Magical Palms. This unit has everything that we could desire. Florida has been a tad bit cool but nevertheless we have really appreciated the lack of snow. We move to Bottle tomorrow and we will have a good time there also. Good area to be in. We had a wonderful vacation in Florida and the Butterfly Palms was a lovely home. The home was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, linen, etc. The pool was close to the house which was a bonus for us as well.
Mr. Anderson provided quick service and turn around time on our email inquiries when securing the reservation. He provided excellent directions to the home and lock box information were clear and correct.
Palm key Village is a clean, well maintained and very quiet subdivision. The village is close to all necessary ammenities (grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and Disney attractions)
We will certainly be staying again on our next visit to Florida and would highly recommend this home and location to other visitors as well.

Our stay in Palmkey homes was great. Was clean, well equipped. Size of the home is fair enough for a family with kids. Easy access to both HWY192 & HWY4 as located in between. Closer to Wal-Mart Super center which is open for 24 hr so that we could do our grocery and shopping during nights since we spent all day and evening hrs in parks.
Suggest you to have a curtain installed on the back door.

We are on our way home right now sitting in a hotel and wishing we were back at Sago . we had a wonderful time and absolutely loved the home we stayed in . The lanui was our favorite part of the home . coming from cold michigan it was wonderful to stay outside and enjoy the florida air. Alec was a joy to work with always very pleasant and accomodating when we just werent ready to leave yet and extended our vacation . Thank you ever so much and if you happen to have a place open next Spring break we would love to come back.

Our stay at Palm Key was enjoyable again this year. The home was spacious,clean and well equiped and has lots of cupboards and counter space.It would be nice to see a propane BBQ included with the home.

We thought the accomodations were great. Every thing was clean and well looked after. The screened in lania was a bonus as many places we have stayed at did not have this feature. We would not hesitate to reccomend it to others.

The home was clean, well equipped and centrally located to all the tourist attractions in the Orlando area. We certainly enjoyed the use of the hot tub and the closeness to the club house and pool. It is a very clean & quiet in Palm Key and we would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to vacation in Florida. The neighborhood is very friendly and we especially enjoyed the pot lucks going on every 2nd Friday. It gives you the opportunity to meet people vacationing in the same park. This has been our 4th year to Palm Key and each year we have prolonged our stay. We hope to be back again soon.

We found this home all that we expected, this being our first time to spend an extended time in Florida. The home was very well equipped from the bed linens to the Kitchen and it's furnishings. The couple small problems were immediately corrcted, and we were so satisfied with the home that we booked for next year before we left for our Michigan home. It was GREAT!!

The unit was well stocked...the beds were very hard and the sofa bed couch was very hard to sir on...the carpet needs a good cleaning,(I have not had any complaints on the beds, but I will check into it) otherwise, the unit was clean...if we rented again, we would prob. want a little bigger unit...the pool, as always, was very nice...service was good when we identified a problem...website is easy to use...thanks for all of your help, which was also always timely...Pat M.

Alec, My wife and I enjoyed our first experience as snowbirds this year and look forward to staying in one of your homes next year! The screened lanai was very pleasant to use. We had very good service from Ann Marie in replacing the defective DVD player after she got out of the hospital from knee replacement.(Hope she is fully recovered by now)You always reply promptly when we email you.(It would be nice if more than basic cable was included,ha,ha) Danny

To say First Class is an under statement. We have wintered in Florida every winter for the past 14 years and have never had a transaction handled any more professionally than Alec. Smooth as silk. The home was spotless, and that's not always the case in Florida. My security deposit was refunded to my account before we even arrived home! Thanks again Alec.

La casa estaba muy bonita, muy bien acomodada y arreglada, las camas estaban en buen estado, la sala muy bien acomodada, todos los electrodomésticos en muy buen estado, cocina completa, toallas etc.
Hubo algunos aspectos negativos, pocos pero importantes como las sábanas puestas en la cama no estaban limpias, los baños no tenían suficiente papel higiénico.
El resto estaba excelente muy bien acomodado y limpio.

Our stay was so wonderfull. The house had everything. Today we travel to Sarasota to a house twice as expensive as this one. We cannot immagine it will be better than Rosemarie Haven.

Dianne and I were completely happy with the home. It was more than we expected. Being able to sit on the screened porch and watch the sunrise over the orange orchards was beyond belief in its splendor and as an added bonus every day the sight of hot air baloons drifting in the air was completely unexpected.
The house was exactly as you stated and could not have been more relaxing. Having the home as a base made it possible for us to visit many friend and family who had retired to Florida, and also to take in some tourist attractions and of course, shopping.

Yes all 3 of us (Betty,Jack,,and of course Rusty the parrot) had a very good time at Lady Palms. The only bad part was it went by too fast.
It was as you told us in all we had to buy was paper items and everything else was there.
All of us would like to tell anyone that we only wish them the enjoyment we had there.
The home was very clean when we arrived, and hope you found it that way when we left.
The other people around us were very friendly and coud not do to much to feel at home. The peoplein back come from about 30 miles from where we were born, and helped us remember the old days way back.
This I think was my last trip since time is catching up, and the trip way a little hard on us, and the driving since I Jack do it all was taking it toll on my body. Betty eyes are alittle bad and that is why I do all the driving.
Again thank you alex for all the help to make this last fling to Florida well worth the time and trouble.
By the way the side cable hook up on the tv is looose and if you play with it will enable the dvd to play. I got it to play and hope it will stay there

We enjoyed our month long stay very much. The unit was clean and and all major utilities were functioning. The grounds at Palm Key are well-maintained and we used the pool and clubhouse. We will consider renting through you again, although we had no personal contact with you or your representive. Guess everyone was "across the pond". We had great weather most of the time we were there.

Rosemaries Haven is a lovely place to stay. The house was well stocked with every amenity you could ask for. The community pool was heated (very nice this time of year!) and there is also a kiddie pool that our daughter enjoyed splashing in. The neighborhood was quiet, with no disturbances whatsoever. Disneyworld is very close, about a 20 minute drive at most.
Your website is very easy to use. I loved looking at all your properties to choose the perfect one for us.

Our stay at Princess Palms was very enjoyable. The house itself more than suited our needs through our two week stay. The house was very well equipped with general services and the beds were very comfertable A great base within a 20 minute drive from Disney and about 40 minutes from Universal.
We were looked after from day one and have decided that we will no longer be stopping in hotels in Florida, as the quality available at such a reasonable price more than our-weighs staying in a hotel chain. A fabulous time and we will be recommending that anyone who has plans to holiday in Florida, should check out the web site before booking anywhere else first.

Just to make you aware, the bathroom toilet continously fills up and then flushes the water away, can't help with any water bills if that is applicable.

Thank you so much for an absolutely wonderful base from which we could enjoy our Florida holiday. Spacious, cool, clean, comfortable, welcoming, and any other positive comment we could make. Very easy access to Disneyworld and plenty of easy-reach supermarkets, chemists and diners. Even the problem with the TV was a hidden bonus, as the kids had to READ or sometimes even CHAT! We couldn't praise the accomodation enough and WILL recommend it to our friends, as word of mouth counts for so much more.
Again, thankyou for allowing us to stay in your lovely house, and we WILL be back!

The home was a little small for us, however, we managed to conform. There were a few items the owner should provide for all renters, such as blender, mixer and a glass bowl for triffle of course, and a pitcher. There was too much linen for beds, never got around to doing spring cleaning while there so we used the same linens the whole time.
All in all, we did enjoy our stay, the service was great, everyone tried to accommodate us as quickly as their schedules permitted. We would do business with Palm Key Homes again and the website is so clever, whitty and colorful!

We enjoyed our stay at Butterfly Palms and can't wait to come back. Everything was in great order when we got there. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was spacious and fun to work in. It was nice to have emergency lighting in case the regular lights went out- thanks Alec. The home is close to the Club House which was nice when we wanted to go to the pool and to the Pot Luck Suppers every other Friday night.
Palm Key Village is a great place to walk around and the neighbors are friendly.

Hello our friends from the UK. Our stay was very pleasant. The home is quite lovely & has everything we need. It was also very clean. The community is quiet & there is plenty to do in the area. We will continue to return & hopefully will be able to visit & see you soon. I think I've mentioned it before, but I will again....the DVD player was not working at Tropical & perhaps it just needs a cleaning, but it would be nice to have an operational one there when we return in Dec. 2007. everything was so great the house when we arrived was cleaned and neat everything we needed was there for us the tv we were not able to get to many channels but then again we are not there to watch tv Alec always takes such good care of us!

We found the home clean and very pleasent.We enjoyed the atmosphere in the park and found the people friendly. Would consider staying here again.

Our stay at Rosemaries Haven was wonderful. Everything was neat and very clean. Everything we needed was there. The instruction book "Please Read Me" was very helpful. Thanks for the great time we had.

Rosemary's Haven was beautiful, immaculate, comfortable and well appointed.
Neighbourhood was wonderful and the people in the village we so friendly. Felt like home. Homeowner, Alec, is a pleasure to deal with.
Only negative comment would be Davenport community itself lacks easy transportation. NO public transport and the taxi would have exceptionally long wait or would never show up at all. Good thing for friendly service people who were willing to help out stranded seniors and good neighbours and friend's of Alec, without this the trip would have been entirely different.
With a vehicle this would be a 10/10 on a scale.

We loved our stay at Palm Key Home. Everything was perfect and the people are so friendly. Dealing with Alec is a pleasure. The home we stayed in was everything we had hoped for and more.

My vacation home was wonderful. It was the best Florida vacation we have ever had and it was because we were not cramped up in one lousy hotle room for a week. The home was very clean and well kept. The bedrooms,bathrooms,the kitchen and living area were very spatious. A lot of our vacation was spent just enjoying the house. I would recommend to anyone planning a vacation to consider renting a vacation home also.

Dear Alec, Thank you for all the support from your side which helped our US trip hassle free. The Sogo Palms is amazing and are very happy with all the facilities provided with Sago palms. Definitely we will select Palm Keys for our next trip.
